Obituary: Belvia Adams, 92, is buried at Van
Funeral services for Belvia Mullins Adams, 92, of
Whitesburg, Letcher Co KY, were held May 30, 2008 at Letcher Funeral Home.
Burial was in the Adams Cemetery at Van, KY.
Mrs. Adams died May 27, 2008 at Letcher Manor Nursing Home.
She was the daughter of the late George Washington and Arminta Polly Frazier
Mullins, and the mother of the late Kennie Adams, Donald Adams, and Wanda Dean
Adams.
She is survived by three sons, James Bennett Adams and wife
Della, Van; Douglas Gene Adams and wife Ollie, and Paul Leon Adams and wife
Beverly, all of Whitesburg; two daughters, Carolyn Sue Gillum and husband Zeke,
Clarksville, Ind., and Shirley Lynn Trent and husband David, Whitco; 14
grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
