I'm sorry to say that the hosting company at Startlogic.com has deleted all the photos that I had uploaded over the years and did not save copies of them. I don't know what I am going to do about it, but all our Gallery photos are gone. Sorry that they are so imcompetent. I wouldn't recommend Startlogic to anyone. They are truly a pathetic excuse for a hosting company. It will take months and months to re-upload all the photos that these idiots deleted.

Just finished the
1850 Russell County
Virginia Census Head of Households List of Names so that each links back to
the census. It should be much easier to find the household you are researching.
Hope it helps someone in their research. These census records are a big help to
me. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do... Any corrections or additions will, as
always, be greatly appreciated.

Finished all I can do to the
1860 Wise Co VA Census
connecting the heads of household to their pages on the site and adding as much
information as possible for each one. Working that census was helpful. I learned
a lot from it.
Also arranged the
1850 Scott Co VA Census to where you can find the surnames easier and sort
through them by the first letter of their surnames. Instead of all the surnames
being on one long page, they are now on pages by alphabetical order. Surnames
beginning with A are on one page, etc. The 1850 Scott Co VA Census is not
connected to the pages on the site, but it can be easily searched.

> Added several chapters of "What
My Heart Wants to Tell" by Verna Mae Slone. It is a wonderful book. The book
can be purchased online at most well known book stores and contains wonderful
photos.

30 March, 2009: I've put a small memorial
tribute online in the format of a Windows Media File on the website where you
can view photos of our brother, Archie Potter and his parents, brothers, sisters
wife and family. View Archie's
Slideshow. The slideshow begins with Archie's parents, Creed Flannery Potter
and Sarah Rose Robinson and continues on with photos of Archie in his youth. It
continues on with his siblings and his grandmother, Eliza Frances Reynolds
Potter and his step-mom, Ida Fuller Potter and continues on with photos of his
precious family and loved ones. I used all the photos I could find of Archie and
Vera Mullins Potter and their family and friends. If anyone in the family has
any photos they would like for me to display, please send them by email to me
and I will be so very happy to add them.
29, March 2009: We have lost another
precious loved one, our brother, Archie
Vincent Potter. Archie Vincent Potter was the son of
Creed Flannery Potter
and Sarah Rose Robinson. Archie passed away last night at his home in Elkhorn
City, Kentucky surrounded by his loving family. He was a precious and wonderful
person to all our family and I can't tell you how much we will all miss him. He
was a very special, kind, generous and loving person to everyone who knew him.
He was a wonderful and devoted husband to his wife, Vera Mullins Potter, who
preceded him in death and a wonderful, loving father to his children. He was a
beloved brother and precious to all who knew him. I am so saddened by the loss
of this precious man. He meant the world to all of us. The funeral will take
place tomorrow at Wednesday, 1 April, 2009; 11:00 A.M. at the Polly & Craft
Funeral Home in Jenkins, Letcher County, Kentucky; Phone Number -
1-606-832-2191; followed by burial in the Reynolds Family Cemetery, Seco,
Letcher County, Kentucky.....

Hi folks. I've added a couple of new things for a

I've also been working on the
1860 Wise Co VA Census
adding pages for all those families listed within the census. It is helping with
the proof-reading of the census transcription, as well. I hope to finish this
census within the next few months. Working the census records affords a great
genealogical education. I enjoy them very much. As always, any corrections are
greatly appreciated.....Thanks to all, Annette Potter

can be found there. I hope to catch up adding the surnames as soon as possible.
