Who prayed, who sang, and what
The preacher said.I heard all about the kids and the grandkids;
Who she saw in town, who was sick, who died,
And everything.She always sang hymns while she cleaned the house.
She raised a big garden and canned those veggies;
But she never complained
About anything.Mom was always there for her family
And was happy as could be when they surrounded her;
And would do anything she could
To keep them there.She used to try to get away
Everyday,
To go to pray,
I remember, I was with her.When I was a child I heard her praying
For her children to be saved;
She wanted to meet them all in heaven some day.She was a Saint, yes she was
Set the example for all of us.God bless her, I miss her
And I love her.
