Green Fuller and
Leona Smith. Delzie "B" Fuller m. Golda "Goldie" Adams b
28 Aug 1916 d 16 Feb, 1973. Small pic of
tombstone, or large pic of
tombstone of B and Goldie Fuller located on old home place in Isom,
KY. Uncle "B" was a very talented singer and guitar player. He could
play the blues better than anyone I've ever heard and he had a wonderful
deep, rich singing voice. I loved to hear him and my mom (Ida Fuller
Potter) sing and play together. It was a real great pleasure to hear
them and they could really get your feet tapping and hands clapping and
make you want to dance. Uncle "B" was kind and gentle and very
interesting to talk to. He was a wonderful person and it's sad to think
that he lived so many years of his life as a disabled coal miner. He had
to use oxygen the last years of his life because of black lung disease.
That disease has robbed us of a wonderful person and cost the world a
very good singer and musician. Aunt Golda was also very kind and gentle
and both of them were very good looking in their younger days. Golda was
a beautiful young woman. Both Uncle "B" and Aunt Golda had wonderful
humorous ways and were fun to be with. I loved them both dearly and miss
them even today. Children of Delzie B Fuller and Golda Adams;
Phyllis Fuller
Anna Lee Fuller
