Hi Annette, I finally got to get online this morning for a little while and take the time to check out the site, it is looking great as usual you are doing a fantastic job. I have had to lay my genealogy searches aside for a while because of all the sickness we have had in our family plus trying to take care of our garden and other work around the house, but everything is looking up at this point hopefully it will stay this way. I obtained a lot of pics from other family members that came in during my brothers illness and I hope to get them to you as soon as I have the time to download them and also we are still in the planning of having our family reunion July 4th, I am in such hopes everyone will be home and out of the hospital by that time, I just wanted to let you know what is happening. I truly have missed being online and talking to you and Hazel. You have a wonderful day..............Anne

  Hi Annette!
Looks good, two things I noticed. James Tompkins did marry but it was not Danny Thomas. I do not have her name.
Also, Lola married Amos DeWitt around 1925. Not sure when they were divorced but I know it was when the girls were still living at home.
Hope you get your desktop fixed soon, I hate working from a laptop.
I am working on installing a virtual machine to run XP on my desktop since my scanner will not run on the Vista operating system. Hopefully I can get this up and running tomorrow.
Thank you again!
Karen

Hi Karen, I got your email and added what you sent me to the site. My monitor went out, so I'm on my laptop which is a very inferior means of working on the website, so it took me much longer to add your info, but I finally got it done. I think I finally got everyone where they belong, but if you find errors, let me know and I'll fix them. It's just very time consuming to edit pages on this old laptop. I'd love to add your photos if you ever get them scanned.

  Hi Annette,

I did see that information and I have a little information that I can add to this. I am rummaging through some of the old pictures that I received when my mother passed away and found pictures of Bascom by a gas pump, Denver in his uniform, George and James in uniform when they were in Niagara Falls and of course my Gramma, Lola Mae. I also found photos of Martin and Matilda's gravesites along with Nelson and Nannie's. My mother must have visited the Allio's family back in the very early 90's and I have pictures of them too. I have more information and I am trying to get a scanner to work on my computer but I am not having any luck. I will email you the information that I have found about Nelson and Nannie's children.
Thank you so much for hosting this site, I was excited to see all this information on my Gramma's family in one place.
