Services are held for Frankie Hall. Frankie Lee Hall, 81, died October 23, 2009 at Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. A daughter of the late Creed and Virgie Potter Hall, she was married to the late Lynard Collins. She was a sister of the late Polly Ann Vanover, Hattie Dishman, Loretta Meade, Mary Mag Collier, Icy Potter, Sara Potter, Gerbeatrice Hall, Arkansas Hall, Ben Hall, Sylvan Hall, A.P. Hall, Roscoe Hall, and John Hall. She was also preceded in death by three grandchildren, Michele Gail Hall, Crisie Lee Hall, and Jeffrey Neal Howard. She is survived by a son, Orville Lee Hall, Jenkins; a daughter, Brenda Howard, Jenkins; five grandchildren, Tabitha Ann Hall, Melissa Sue Hall, Tonya Ann Newman, Willaline Sue Hall, and Tosha Lee Howard; and three greatgrandchildren, Bertley Willis Mullins, Preston Andrew Griffin, and Joelene Michele Mullins. Funeral services were held October 25, 2009 at the Neon Free Pentecostal Church. Burial was in the Hemphill Cemetery. Everidge Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
