William Buddy Hall, age 73, of Jackhorn, Kentucky, passed away Monday May 14, 2007, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born at Goose Creek, Kentucky, and was a lifelong resident of Letcher County, Kentucky. He had worked as a punch press operator at a metal
washer manufacturing company in Cleveland, Ohio. Buddy was of the Church of Christ faith. He was a "people-person", who greatly enjoyed meeting and
talking with people and trading knives and guns.
He was a son of the late Solomon Bawdy Hall & Nancy (Burke) Hall, and was also preceded in death by a son, William Neil Hall; brothers and sisters,
Vicco Richardson, Rosie Gilliam, Lillie Buchanan, Benjamin Hall, and Sol Hall.
Survivors include his wife, Mollie (Berry) Hall, Jackhorn, Kentucky; four sons and a daughter-in-law, Richard W. Hall and Stephen Buddy Hall,
both of Jackhorn, Kentucky, Soloman Anthony Hall & Kristy, Jenkins, Kentucky, and Jerry A. Hall, of Neon, Kentucky; three step-daughters, Ladonna
Waters, Dawsonville, Georgia, Debra Tyree, Jenkins, Kentucky, and Diana McCall, Somerset, Kentucky; two grandchildren, James Allen Hall and Chelsi
Hall; two step-grandchildren, Colby Meade and Joshua Meade; a sister, Elsie Meade, Deane, Kentucky; a half-sister, Rhoda Baker, Millstone, Kentucky;
a brother, Richard V. Hall, Rocky Face, Georgia; a half-brother, Robert B. Hall, of Fleming, Kentucky; a special niece, Sharon K. Johnson; his dog,
Toby Joe; and a host of other relatives and friends.
