Ancestors of Robert E Harrell

Robert E. Harrill is my husband's great, great grandfather. I've pieced this together so far and I'm curious to know where this links to England if anyone knows. I saw one source that assumed that Richard Harrold could be the son of Thomas Harrell born in 1615 but she had no proof. Thanks for any information.
