He had been a Kingsport resident since about 1965. He retired as a
senior team manager at Organic Chem Div, Eastman, after 30 yrs
service. He died after alengthy illness. Surv by wife, 2 dau, mother,
4 sis (Betty McCoy, Cincinnati; Mrs Charles (Ada) Fillers, Charlotte,
NC; Mrs Joe (Nellie) Todd and Linda Allen, Kingsport), 1 brother,
