7173. Patsy Lawson

Lived in Yuma, VA in 1994.
WEBER CITY, Va. - Patsy Lawson Chandler, 48, went to be with the Lord
Saturday (Aug. 21, 2004) at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Born in Scott County, Va., Feb. 1, 1956, Patsy was a daughter of the
late Andy Horton Lawson in 1978. She was also preceded in death by a
brother, Luther Paul Lawson in 1994.
She attended First Assembly of God in Kingsport, and was a member of
Fellowship Imact Group at the church with her friendsand brothers and
sisters in the Lord.
Surviving are her husband, James J. Chandler of the home; and
daughter, Kristie Page of the home; her mother, IvalLouise Lawson,
Gate City, Va.; a son, Christopher Lee Sandidge and daughter-in-law,
Jerri Ann of Gate City, Va.; sisters, Cathy Lawson, Kingsport, Betty
Smith, Juanita Lawson and Helen Berry, all of Gate City, Va.;
brothers, AndyHorton Lawson Jr., Dungannon, Va., Johnny E. Lawson,
Greeneville, and JimmyEarl Lawson, Gate City, Va.; granddaughter,
Christia Lee Ann Sandidge, Gate City, Va.; stepchildren, James H.
Chandler, Jeffery A. Chandler; and stepgrandchildren, Jake Chandler,
Devlin Chandler and Jasmine Chandler, all of Umatilla, Fla.
The family will be receiving friends from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 6
to 8 p.m. Monday at the Gate City Funeral Home. The family will also
receive friends anytime at the residence of Ms. Ival Lawson.
Services will be conducted in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the
funeral home at 8 p.m. Monday with Brother Larry Browder, Jeff Casteel
and Pastor Carl Kelleher officiating.
Burial will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Holston View Cemetery, Weber City,
Va.The family will be meeting at the funeral home at 12 noon to go in
processionto the cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

He lived at Jonesborough, TN, and died unexpectedly in OH. He was a
former district manager for Collis Foods, DVA Waffle House, for 16 yrs
and was with Richard Diehl Trucking Co for a yr. Surv by 1 dau, 1 sis,

7203. Brenda Kay Lane

Scott Co Marriage Records 21-112 (to Larkins, marr 2 for each, each
was divorced). Lived at Kingsport when married.
She lived at Kingsport, TN, where she had lived most of her life. She
worked at the Ben Franklin Store as a cashier.Surv by a son Chris
Lane of the home and a stepson, Christopher Carter. Survby 3 nieces,
5 neph, and several great-nieces and great-nephews. (from her

FARMERS BRANCH, Tex.- Henry P. Kinsler, 75, passed away at 3:17 a.m.
Friday (May 25, 2001) at the VA Hospital in Dallas, Tex.
Born in Stickleyville, Va., H.P. moved to Kingsport at an early age.
He attended Dobyns-Bennett High School. He was an auto dealer and
owned Kinslerus Used Cars for many years.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving in World War II and the Korean
conflict. He loved music and played drums with several local groups.
He was a member of Colonial Heights BaptistChurch.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Kinsler; son, John
Michael Kinsler; parents, Bruce and Mae Kinsler; sister, Phyllis
Ballard; andbrother, Bartee Kinsler.
Survivors include one daughter, Christy Kinsler, Dallas, Tex.; two
sons and daughter-in-law, Marty and Hope Kinsler, and Mickey Kinsler,
all of Farmers Branch, Tex.; one granddaughter, Mary Kinsler, and one
great-grandson, Skyler Ray Martin Kinsler, both of McKinney, Tex.;
three sisters, Mary Ellen Payne and Dora Allen, both of Kingsport, and
Emma Lee Stewart, Blountville; AND HIS GOOD BUDDY, uSPIKE.u
Calling hours are from 6 to 8:30p.m. today at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral
Home, downtown.
Services will be conducted at 8:30 p.m. today in the funeral home
chapel with the Rev. Ronald D. Hicks officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in OakHill
Cemetery with military rites conducted by American Legion Hammond Post
No. 3.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Skelton, Carl Archer, Delmer Wallen, Ron
Skelton, Bill Salyer and Tommy Dickens.


14304. John Michael "Mike" Kinsler

He lived in Dallas since 1970. He graduated at DB HS in Kingsport. He
workedas a display advertiser for Nieman-Marcus and then as a
designer for CarltonCards. He was retired due to illness. Surv by 1
