Lived at Church Hill, TN in 1995, 97.


James Jr Lawson

He worked at Eastman in the 1940's before he was married. He quit and
returned
to help his father with the store. He later worked at Eastman again
and moved
to Kingsport (Lynn Garden). They later moved to West Carters Valley in
Hawkins
Co.


16265. Eric Scott Christian

Lived at Church Hill in 1998.
CHURCH HILL - Eric Scott Christian, 25, 306 Armstrong Drive, went
unexpectedly to be with the Lord and be reunited with his father
Walker Jr., while sleeping Sunday morning (Sept. 5, 2004).
Eric was agraduate of Volunteer High School and was of the Baptist
faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walker Jr.; and maternal
grandparents, Amos and Mae Dulaney Pearcy; and special friend, Amber
Roberts.
Survivors include hiswife, Sara Oaks Christian, of the home;
stepfather and mother, Jimmy and Patricia Christian Moore; one brother
and sister-in-law, Brad and Rebecca Christian; paternal grandparents,
Walker Sr. and Pauline Christian; an aunt, Sue Pearcy; aunt and uncle,
Kyle and Elizabeth Pearcy; uncle, Burl Christian, ChurchHill; uncle
and aunt, Raymond and Annis (Christian) Spears, Abingdon; a very
special niece and nephew, "Brooke" and "Peyton," and a special
great-aunt,June Dulaney, Duffield; as well as several cousins and
friends.
Calling hours will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Carter-Trent Funeral
Home of Church Hill. Friends may call anytime at the residence of Jim
and Patricia Moore at 306Armstrong Drive, Church Hill.
Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel
with the Reverend Herman Bud Beverly officiating and special singing
by Lighthouse Quartet.
Graveside services will be conducted at11 a.m. Saturday at Church
Hill Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Jason Spears, Joseph Jennings, Brandon Buchanan,
Matt Brandon, Aaron Woods, Sammy Castle, Eric Pendleton and Troy
Salyer led by Eric's brother Brad.
Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Edens, Jeremy and Marty Moore,
Raymond Spears, BurlChristian, and the staff and friends of Bethel
Colony of Mercy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Eric Scott
Christian to Bethel Colony of Mercy, P.O. Box 732, Lenoir, N.C. 28645.
