KINGSPORT - Our little angel went to be with Jesus. Ashlynn Grace
"Gamble" Patrick, daughter of Ashley Nichole Gamble and Ricky Lee
Patrick, both of Kingsport, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday (April
22, 2003) at Johnson City Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert Lawton Patrick and
Eula Patrick; great-grandfather, AndyJ. Gamble; Dustin Andrew Lee
Gamble, Ronnie Lee Gamble, Vickie Paulette Cowden, Billie Rolette
Cowden.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include grandparents, Andy J.
Gamble Jr. and Penny Gamble, Roger and Alfreda Dundan;
great-grandmother, Pauline Gamble; several aunts, uncles, nieces and
nephews.
Calling hours will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Oak Hill Funeral
Home.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of the
funeral home with the Rev. Wayne Morelock officiating.
The graveside service will followat Oak Hill Memorial Park.
The staff of Oak Hill Funeral Home is serving the Gamble/Patrick
family.

GATE CITY, Va. - Shirley DiannaTaylor Giles, 52, passed away Sunday
(Dec. 21, 2003) at the residence of hersister in Kingsport.
She was born in Sullivan County on Oct. 26, 1951, a daughter of the
late James O. Taylor and Nellie Ramey Taylor.
In addition to herparents, she was preceded in death by a brother,
Jimmy Taylor.
Surviving areher sons, Jonathan Thompson, Gate City, Va., Colby
Thompson, Kingsport; special stepson, Shawn Laney, Gate City, Va.;
stepgrandson, Chadwick Poole, WeberCity, Va.; sisters, Sandra Arnold,
Kingsport, Louise Jackson, Ecorse, Mich.,Patsy Jo Connors, Ft. Smith,
Ark.; brother, Gary Taylor, Duffield, Va.; andseveral nieces and
nephews.
Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Colonial Funeral
Home, Weber City, Va., and anytime at the residence of hersister,
Sandra Arnold.
Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Tuesday in thefuneral home
chapel with the Rev. Joe Hall officiating.
Music will be provided by Heavenly Peace.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holston
View Cemetery in Weber City, Va.
Pallbearers will be family andfriends.
