He lived at Church Hill, TN for the past 17 yrs, and was manager of
Rogers Petroleum (Zoomerz) in Rogersville. Preceded in death by
st-father. Surv by wife, 3 dau, 1 son, Maternal g-mother (Sylvia
Williams, Macon, Miss), 3 sis, 5 bros. (from his obituary)


19284. Richard Ray Jr Haynes

KINGSPORT - Richard Haynes Jr., 42, of 1117 Cherry Street, died
Saturday (Nov. 11, 2000) at his home after a short illness.
Mr. Haynes was a lifelong resident of Kingsport.
He was of the Holiness faith.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James Walker
and Nancy Jones Wright; paternal grandparents, Robert and Gertrude
Haynes; and one nephew, Danny Wayne Wilson.
Surviving are two daughters, Brandie Ramey and Shata Haynes, both of
Kingsport;parents, Richard and Pauline Haynes, Kingsport; one
granddaughter, Kala MarieRamey; three sisters, Brenda Hicks, Sandra
Darnell, and Tammy Gail Haynes, all of Kingsport; one brother, Donald
K. Haynes, Kingsport; and several niecesand nephews.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral
Home, downtown, or anytime at the residence.
Services will be conductedat 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home
chapel with Pastor Jerry Nortam officiating.
Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Haynes, Donnie Haynes, Eddie Sexton, Daryl
Hunley, James Henry, and Gene Weeks.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Carrol, J.W. Haynes, Dennie
Haynes, Eugene Hicks, Lester Haynes, Tim Osborne, and Randy Fields.
