He was preceded in death by his parents: one son; Robert Earl Maggard, Two brothers; Elijah And Ernest Maggard: one sister; Rose: one grandson; Cory Maggard.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Ruby Jean Rice.
Funeral services will be at 3p.m. on Wednesday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals, 1002 Woodford Drive Mt. Sterling Ky.; Burial will be in Lovely Cemetery, Old Salem Ky.
