Reverend Dallas R. Gibson, 79, of Vienna, WV, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016, at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born in Lookout, KY, a son of the late Lloyd and Ruth (Wilson) Gibson. Rev. Gibson served in the United States Air Force, and retired from the Bureau of the Public Debt. He was active in ministry for many years and was passionate about helping the less fortunate of our society. He was a dreamer who liked to travel and tell lots of stories. He had a good sense of humor and loved a good joke. He lived life his way with charisma and a style all his own. Dallas is survived by his wife of 24 years, Tereca (Hyde) Gibson; son Bradley Gibson of Atlanta, GA; son Brian Gibson (Kelly) of Vienna, WV; daughter Wendy Gibson Mills (Joe) of Vienna, WV; five grandchildren, Rachel Gibson, Christian Wilkinson, Brianna Wilkinson, Ronnie Jenkins, and Donnie Jenkins; as well as three brothers and three sisters. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-daughter, Tereca Suellen Wilkinson, and two sisters. Memorial services will be Monday 2PM at the Wayside United Methodist Church in Vienna with Reverend Greg Markins officiating. A time of gathering for family and friends will be one hour prior to services. Leavitt Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangement

Patsy Wilson Mullins, 74, of Danville went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 26, 2011. She had been in declining health for five years. Mrs. Mullins was born July 23, 1937 in Pikeville, KY, daughter of Woodrow Wilson and Naomi Goodson Wilson. She had made her home in the Danville area for the past 51 years and was retired from Blackwell Automotive. She was a member of Brush Arbor Baptist Church. On October 16, 1954 she was married to Thurman C. Mullins. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Marsha Conard and husband, Charles, Paula M. Hartman, Jim Mullins and wife, Stephanie and Tom Mullins and wife, Pat; a brother, Woody Wilson; seven grandchildren, Brian Davis, Cliff Mullins, Cody Mullins, Sarah Mullins, Erin Mullins, Jordan Hartman and Jennifer Hartman. She was predeceased by one grandchild, Scottie Burgess. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens
