Obituary SAYLOR, Anita Lynn, 51, Broughtontown Road, Waynesburg, Kentucky,
daughter of Lindy Moore, Waynesburg, Kentucky and Georgia Hibdon Moore,
Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 30th, 2005 at Ephraim
McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, Kentucky. She was born September
1st, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan. She was a homemaker and a member of Olive
Baptist Church, Waynesburg, Kentucky. She is survived by her husband; Charles
Saylor, whom she married on September 17th, 1987: two sons; Jason Eldridge,
Danville and David Eldridge, Nashville: four grandchildren; Chelsea Eldridge,
Nickalaus Eldridge, Nathaniel Eldridge and Lauren Grace Eldridge: two
stepchildren; Michael and Terri Saylor both of Kentucky and her parents. She was
preceded in death by one sister; Janice McMullin. Funeral services will be 11:00
a.m., Saturday, December 3rd, 2005 at the Chapel of Morris and Hislope Funeral
Home with Brother Bert Hall officiating. Burial will be in Olive Baptist Church
Cemetery, Waynesburg, Kentucky. Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m., Friday,
November 2nd, 2005 at Morris and Hislope Funeral Home. Somerset Obits
Obituary: Colleen Saylor
Colleen Rogers Saylor, 77, Molus, died Nov. 29th, 2005, at Harlan ARH Hospital.
A lifelong resident of Molus, Saylor was a homemaker and believed in the
Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Chalk" Saylor; her parents,
Claude and Suda Rogers; and two brothers; Claude Rogers Jr. and Kenneth Rogers.
Survivors include seven children: Charles Saylor Jr., and wife, Anita,
Waynesburg; Roger Lee Saylor, and wife, Darlene, Zeeland, Mich.: Wiley Dean
Saylor, and wife, Sahron Kay; Kenneth Ray Saylor; Dalene Saylor, and husband,
Pete; Randy Wayne Saylor, and wife, Debbie, all of Molus; and Sharon Rose Saylor
Gooden, Harlan; one foster daughter, Kathy Creech, Hiram; one brother, Rudolph
Rogers, Ohio; one sister, Vivan Tyson, Florida; 13 grandchildren and 20 great
grandchildren; and a gost of family and friends. Visitation will be held today
from 6 to 9 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral services will be
conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Freeman Clark
officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery at Keith. Grandsons will
serve as pallbearers. Mount Pleasant Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
