Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2007 in the Ware Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery.
Friends may call at Ware’s from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Norma Jean was born March 20, 1929 in Fayette County to the late Richard and Mary Ward Silcott. On April 6, 1961, she married William E. Vincent who died December 1, 1990.
Surviving are children, Terry Lee Vincent, of Kingston, William E. (Sharon) Silcott, of Columbus and Carolyne D. “Peanuts” Horsley, of Chillicothe; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; a brother, Doc Silcott, of Londonderry; a son-in-law, David Hertenstein, of Bainbridge; and special friends, Betty Reutinger, Monique Volgamore and Pearl Robinson.
She was predeceased by her husband;
a daughter, Melody Sue Hertenstein; and a brother
Homer Silcott. Norma attended Kingston Church of
Christ in Christian Union and had retired from
Wearever. She was a lady who never knew a stranger.
