She was the daughter of the late Melvin Monroe Boling and Allie F McPherson Boling . She married on May 23, 1941 to Lester E Chastain , who passed away January 7, 2011.
A life resident of Washington County, Indiana she was a member of First Christian Church of Salem, a volunteer for the Wednesday night community dinners, an avid bowler. Survivors include a daughter, a sister, a niece, 2 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son Michael Chastain , 1 brother Dale Boling and 1 sister Violet Mull.

Lester E. Chastain of Salem, passed away Friday, January 7, 2011 at 4:23 pm in the Floyd County Memorial Hospital of New Albany, at the age of 90 years, 1 month and 27 days. Born November 11, 1920 in Campbellsburg, Indiana, he was the son of the late Everett and Ethel (Bundy) Chastain.
He was a retired employee of the old B. F. Goodrich Company in Salem and a former employee of the old Tecumseh Products and the old Ferraloy Powdered Metal Products in Salem. He was a member and former deacon of the First Christian Church of Salem. He was a member of Salem American Legion Cecil Grimes Post #41 and the Salem V.F.W. Post #6636.
He is survived by his wife and daughter.
He was preceded in death by his son Michael Chastain and 3 sisters .

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy K. and Trena A. Osborne; maternal grandparents, Phillip and Lillie Wallen; paternal grandparents, Art and Sally Osborne; and uncle, Bartee Wallen.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Osborne of the home; three step-children, Crystal Seals, Jennifer Hottle and Derrick Seals, all of Rogersville; a step-grandson, Matthew Hottle; uncles, Onza Wallen, Wayne Wallen, Arnold Wallen, Smith Osborne, Jack Osborne, Bill Osborne, J.T. Osborne and Hayes Osborne.
Funeral services will be held 8 p.m. Thursday, march 23, 3000, at Colboch-Price Chapel with Revs. Wayne Poteet, Harmon Willis and Kenneth Neely officiating. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2000, at the Osborne Cemetery.

LEXINGTON - A service to celebrate the life of Mildred Jeanett Pridemore Williamson, 84, of Lexington, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2013, at Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating will be David Williamson and the Reverend Julian Boles. A visitation for family and friends will take place Thursday, July 4, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mildred, affectionately known as "Nana" to her grandchildren, was welcomed into the presence of her Heavenly Father on Sun-day, June 30, 2013. Born in Blackwater, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Ezra Daniel and Margaret Osborne Pridemore. She retired from Monroe Calculator Company in 1978. Mildred had an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoyed outside sales with Fine Arts Company and World Book Home Education Products.
Mildred also possessed the heart of a servant, which was faithfully demonstrated at Ebenezer PHC where she taught the Primary I Sunday School Class for many years. She presented an idea for ministry to young girls after being inspired at a conference, and helped charter Pioneer Girls at Ebenezer. She also continued that service to New Hope Worship Center in Gaston, SC, where she was one of the charter members.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Joye Williamson Taylor (Randy); son and daughter-in-law, David Williamson (Robin) of Swansea; granddaughters, Reesa Taylor Boone of West Columbia, Adrienne Taylor Hutto of Swansea, Phyllis Renee Williamson and Caitlin Danielle Williamson of Columbia, Alyssa Victoria Williamson of Swansea; and eight great-grandchildren; five sisters, Bonnie Tippey of Myrtle Beach, Shirley Sturkie of Lexington, Essie Fechter of Sarasota, FL, Alma P. Faucett and Rosa Lee Clowney of Union; three brothers, Carl Pridemore of Summer-ville, Earl Pridemore of Union and Bill Pridemore of Greer. She was predeceased by her first husband, Sam Williamson, and second husband, Woodrow W. Williamson, Sr., her daughter, Phyllis Elaine Williamson, her son, Woodrow W. Williamson, Jr., grandson, Kevin R. Taylor, and brothers, Carson and Robert Pridemore.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orbin and Maxie Horton Osborne; one brother John Enoch Osborne, and two Sisters, Violet Osborne and Madge Cantor. Survivors include his wife, Bertha Sue Osborne of Blackwater; one daughter Carolyn Sue Osborne of Jonesville; two sons David Delano Osborne of Dryden and Eugene Carl Osborne of Blackwater; one daughter-in-law, Debra K. Osborne, of Blackwater and 4 grandsons, David Delano Osborne, Jr., Zachary Alexander Osborne, Joshua Allen Lyons, and Christopher Scott Lyons, and three sisters: Mrs. Pauline Lawson of Gate City, Mrs. Peggy Sanders of Kingsport, and Mrs. Nannie Lawson of Surgionsville, TN.
Bertha Sue Osborne, 74, of Blackwater, VA went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at her residence.
A native of Lee County, she was born January 7, 1941 to the late Roe W. and Rosa Osborne Fannon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Delano Osborne and a special daughter-in-law, Debbie Osborne.
She had worked at Pins and Needles Sewing Factory in Blackwater, VA for 17 years. She was a longtime member of Blackwater Lick Primitive Baptist Church where she enjoyed singing and fellowship. She loved sewing and writing in her journals.
She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Osborne (Clifford) of Jonesville, VA; two sons, David Osborne (Darlene) of Jonesville and Carl Osborne of Blackwater; six grandchildren, David Osborne Jr. (Kristyn), Zachary Osborne, Josh Lyons, Chris Lyons (Megan), Kristie Blanken (Tyler) and Dawn Marshburn (Michael); seven great grandchildren, Devin, McKenzie, Aidan, Taylor, Skylor, Allyson, Cameron and one expected soon, Sue Marie Osborne; two sisters, Wanda Sage (Hershel) of Brookneal, VA and Latrena Smith (David) of Lynchburg, VA; two brothers, P.J. Fannon (Doris) of Brookneal, VA and Lester Fannon (Joyce) of Brookneal, VA; and a host of special friends.

He was a faithful member and a loyal trustee for over 50 years at the First General Baptist Church where he lead singing, visited the ill, was a teacher and a bus driver. Donald dedicated his life to the service of his Lord. He also was an Army veteran of W.W.II and retired from Dayton Electric Service after 37 years of service. Donald will be greatly missed and forever remembered by his family and those who knew him.
