13510. Finley "Phem" Osborne
Mr. Finley Osborne, better known as "Phem" age 78, of Jefferson, died Friday, February 5, 2010 at Segraves Nursing Care Center.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at the Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Dollar, Rev. Larry Shepherd, and Rev. George Grubb officiating. A private family burial will take place on Monday, February 8, 2010 at the Osborne Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. prior to the funeral service at the Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Finley was born on Wednesday, April 29, 1931 to the late Jim and Lela Eastridge Osborne.
Mr. Osborne is survived by; one brother, Rottis Osborne of Crumpler; two sisters, Lottie Calhoun of Jefferson, Ruth Barker of West Jefferson; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Ashe County to the late Arthur and Bessie Eller Roland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brownlow F. Lewis; a son, Paul Brown Lewis; and a daughter, Iva Deane Lewis Zachary. She is survived by one daughter, Sue Parker, Fleetwood; two sons, Jim Lewis , Warrensville, and Douglas Lewis, Lenoir; and eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
