Robert S. Dillion was the last child of Elisha F. Dillion and his first wife, Louisa Tyree Dillion. Robert was born in June 1870 and his mother, Louisa, died in December 1870 . . . six months later.
Marriage records show Robert married Mattie Robinette Dillion Bledsoe in April 1908 and the 1910 census shows Robert as divorced. Mattie is buried with Holt Bledsoe in the Berry-John cemetery, Scott county, Virginia.
