Willis Burton Parsons, 38 of Eolia (KY) Dies: Burton Parsons, 38, Eolia, died at Lynch Hospital early Monday morning from injuries received in a mine accident the previous Saturday night.
Surviving are his wife, three daughters, Mrs Hillard Roberts, Billie June and Betty Jean Parsons. One son, Daniel Burton Parsons all of Eolia. His father, John W Parsons of Eolia. Three brothers, Alvin, and Zion of Eolia and Emil Parsons of Cumberland. Three sisters, Mrs. Mazie Woodward, Newport News, VA., Mrs. Israel Blair of Inman, Va., and Mrs. Grover Farmer of the State of Washington.
Funeral will be conducted from the home in Eolia, Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be made at Appalachia, VA., Thursday afternoon, Johnsons in charge.
