Ernest Potter born 1 Mar 1905 Elkhorn City, Pike Co KY died of a heart attack on 30 Mar 1964. He was the son of George W Potter and Sarah Ann Sykes of Elkhorn City, Ky. Ernest married on 26 Jun 1924 to Lake RATLIFF. Beauford Potter died in infancy, Dallas Racine Potter (male) married Velma Unknown Elkhorn City, KY;  their 4 children; Marshal Potter, Lucille Potter, George B. Dallas Potter Jr. and Ernest Glen Potter. Lucille Potter married G. Bennett Clevinger in Oscala, FL. Their 2 children;  Sidney Ernest Clevinger and Kathy Clevinger.

His mother, Sarah Ann Sykes, 5 sisters, Melster Bartley, Opal Childers, Effie Bartley, Zelma Cantrell and Nora Marie Deel all of Elkhorn City, Ky, also, 2 brothers, Hazsell and Clayton, and an aunt, May Payne, his sister, Pebble Childers, a brother, Caudill deceased.
