She enjoyed reading and collecting cookbooks and crocheting. Preceded in death by parents, John and Martha Seiber Duncan. She was born Sep 7, 1915 in Anderson County. Survivors: husband of 64 years; Willard K Burress of Clinton; daughters, Sandra Burress Foust of Fair View Park, OH, Pamela Sue Burress of Nashport, OH; grandson, E Gordon Foust II and wife Virginia of Brunswick, OH; great grandsons, E Gordon Foust, III, Gannon James Foust, Guy Alexander Foust; brother, Mickey Duncan of Clinton; special friend, Edna Jones of Clinton. WILLARD K BURRESS, 85, of Clinton, died Wednesday, Mar 14, 2001, at the home of his daughter in Nashport, Ohio. Mr Burress was born Aug 12, 1915 in Campbell County, the son of Skip and Martha Patterson Burress. He was a US Army veteran of World War II and served in Normandy, the Rhineland, and Central Europe. Mr Burress received a Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. He was retired from General Motors in Cleveland, OH where he had worked as a machinist for more than 21 years. Mr Burress was a member of South Clinton Baptist Church. His wife, Daisy Duncan Burress, died Nov 5, 2000. He is survived by his daughters; Sandra Burress Foust of Fairview Park, OH, and Pamela Sue Burress of Nashport; his grandson, E Gordon Foust II and his wife, Virginia, of Brunswick, OH; his great grandsons, E Gordon Foust III, Gannon James Foust and Guy Alexander Foust; and his brother in law, Mikey Duncan of Clinton. In addition to his wife and his parents, Mr Burress as preceded in death by two sisters and a brother; Reba Burress Lowe, Helen Burress Zanolini, and Carl Burress. The funeral will be held at 8 tonight, Mar 16, 2001 in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton with the Rev Dan Shultz officiating. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 AM Saturday, Mar 17, 2001 at Woodhaven Memory Gardens in Claxton. The family will receive friends from 6-8 tonight at the funeral home.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Pleasant View Baptist Church with the Rev Hershal Duncan and the Rev Clarence Wells officiating. Martin Funeral Home of Lake City had charge.

Wife of the late Harvey Seiber, she is survived by 61 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Seiber was a member of Frost Bottom Baptist Church, Other survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Julia Bray and Mrs. Ruth Aslinger, both of Florida, Mrs. Jean Lowe of Wartburg, Mrs. Alice Seiber and Mrs. Lilly Mae Brummett, both of Oliver Springs, six sons, Lee, Albert, Clarence and Harvey, all of Oliver Springs, Herman of Athens and Junior Seiber of Indiana, one brother, Bill Seiber of Oliver Springs. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Frost Bottom Church with the Rev. Lee Ward officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
