Martha Boyd, daughter of Pheobe Cannady and Phillip Seiber, was born in Coal Creek, Tenn., August 10, 1910. Passed from this life in her sleep at the residence, McRoberts, Ky., February 20, 1970. Making her stay here on earth 59 years, 6 months and 1o days. Martha had been a member of the Church of Christ for 4 or 5 years. She has been in poor health for the past 3 o r 4 months. She is survived by her husband Manuel Boyd of McRoberts and daughters; Gearldine Mullins, of McRoberts, Phyliss Ann Johnson of Tip City, Ohio, Elizabeth Carter of Bryn Center, Mich. 9 Grandchildren. Sister Icy Jones of Jeff, Ky., one Brother Harvey Seiber of Louisville, Ky. and a large number of relatives and friends. Funeral Services for MARTHA BOYD Was held at the McRoberts Church of Christ, Sunday, Feb. 22, 1970 at 2:30P.M. EST. Pallbearers: Friends and Neighbors. Ministers: Bros. Bill Browning and N.B. Pass. Burial in McRoberts Cemetery, McRoberts, Kentucky. Banks Funeral Home of Neon, Ky. in charge of funeral arrangements.

JOHN EMANUEL BOYD, son of Richard Acie Boyd and Joesphine Grimes Boyd, was born at Chattanoog a, Tennessee, January 5, 1908. He passed from this life at his home at Cheese Fork, January 1 3, 1981, making his stay here on earth 73 years and 8 days of age at his passing. Manuel ha s been in poor health for the last several years. Manuel has been a member of the Church of C hrist for well over twenty years. He was married to Martha Seiber at Whitesburg, Kentucky i n 1927. Martha and one son William Ray Boyd preceded him in death in 1970. He is survived by daughters: Geraldine Mullins of McRoberts; Phyllis Johnson of Jackhorn; Elizabeth Carter of Kona, Kentucky; brothers: Lester Boyd of Hylton, Kentucky; 12 grandchildren, 2 great grand - children and a number of other relatives and friends.
