Julie Sergent Lucas, 97, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at the University of Louisville Hospital. Julie was the daughter of the late Joseph (Doc) and Julia Candice Hart Sergent. She was the widow of Edgar Lucas. Surviving are 7 children: Coetta (Henry) Combs, Loretta (Johnny) Blair, Claudette Tyrell, Neal (Lisa) Lucas, Jolene Showman, Ivetta VanHuss, Sheila (Arkie) Estes; 20 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren. Funeral: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft officiating. Visitation: 5:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
