Obituary for Lorenzo Dale (Rans) Sykes
Rans Sykes died at the home of his parents on Kettle Camp May 30th,1926. He was
born June 7,1884 to James (Harve) and Mary J. (Hill) Sykes. He married Mary E.
Potter and to them were born 4 girls and 3 boys. Chloe, Lakie, Versa and Lola.
Sons Kimper, McArthur and Burgon. He joined the Old Regular Baptist church in
August, 1921. His death was due to T.B.
