Fanny Phipps m. 2nd after 1863 to Noah Reedy. (1850 Letcher Co KY Census and 1860 Letcher Co KY Census). Children of Gideon Taylor and Fanny Phipps;

i. Wesley Carter Taylor b 1846 (1848 in census) KY d 1931 Letcher Co KY m. Martha Combs b 1847 d/o Robert Combs and Eliza Godsey.
