Note: David and his wife Elizabeth lived in Rupell, Russell County, Virginia, where their childern were born. They later moved to Pike County, Kentucky and settled near Tug River, below the mouth of Pond Creek. After 1870, David and Elizabeth and other family members emigrated to Tuscumbia, Morgan County, Missouri, where David died.
