Source, Findagrave 33050480: Mrs. Ora Morrell Succumbs Suddenly. Mrs Ora Isabelle Morrell, 61, of Waynesburg Rt. 1, died suddenly Tuesday, November 24 (1953). She was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church and a person always willing to help all who needed her.
She is survived by her husband, W. R. Morrell, a brother of John Morrell, well known Lincoln County man, and seven children, Glen, Graham and Mrs. Geneva Christmas all of Dayton, Ohio, Dana of Detroit, Mrs. Kathleen Jent, Waynesburg, W. R. Morrell, Jr., Shelbyville, Indiana, and Virginia Lee at home, three brothers, Willard Harman, New Orleans, Carl Harman, Bristol VA., Lewis Harman, Dayton, Ohio, two sisters, Mrs. Claude Lewis, Dayton, Ohio, and Mrs. George Hickman, Montezuma, Georgia, six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two children Charles Lee and Maxine, who died at an early age. Funeral services were held Friday at the Pleasant View Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin Combest officiatin.. Burial was in the McKinney Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky, with Reynolds, Morgan and Barnett Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Unreadable, Earnie Jacobs, Dallas Jacobs, Earl Reynolds, Earl Horton and Fonzo Reed.

Wednesday, April 7, 1999; Waynesburg (KY) - Services for Kathleen Jent, 79, of Shea Villa Apartments, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home by C. E. Jacobs and Vola Brown. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery. She died Tuesday at her home.
Born July 16, 1919 in Pulaski County (KY), she was a daughter of the late Robert and Ora Harmon Morrell. She was a retired seamstress having worked at Palm Beach for 17 years, and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She was the widow of William T. Jent.
Survivors include her daughter, Louise Todd of Cincinnati Ohio; two brothers, Glen Morrell of Fairborn, Mich., and Dana Morrell of Detroit, Michigan; two sisters, Geneva Christmas of New Carlisle, Ohio, and Virginia Ollish of Waynesburg; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Frances Gastineau. Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Thursday.
