Obituary - Addington, Elihu Benjamin "E.B.":
Funeral services for E.B. Addington Jr., 80, were held August 9, 2007 at Letcher Funeral Home. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery in Whitesburg, KY. A son of the late Elihu B. and Pricy Cook Taylor Addington, he died August 7, 2007 at his home at Ermine, KY. Addington had been employed by the Letcher County Board of Education where he was the school bus maintenance supervisor. He was married to the late Margaret Franklin Addington, and was a brother of the late Golda Blair Riffe, Martha Stamper, Sallie Cook, Edna Maggard, Rebecca Barnhart, Elsie Webb, Henry Taylor, Edgar Addington, Lundy Addington, Langley Addington, Leonard Addington, and Earl Owen Addington. Surviving are two daughters, Zandra Perry and husband Willie, Ermine, and Linda Clark and husband David, Whitesburg; a sister, Jean Adams and husband Melvin, Huntington, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Sherry Howard and husband Michael, and Steven Perry and wife Jessie, all of Ermine, KY; two great-grandchildren, Jacob Sexton and Jared Sexton; and a friend, Rachel Sturgill.
