Obituary, Cleveland County Herald, 17 Jan 1929: Ione Cash, aged 13, died at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Ira Cash Wednesday night of last week, following an illness of short duration. Death resulted from pneumonia. She is survived by her parents, two brothers, and one sister. She was a member of the sixth grade class in the local public school. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at Friendship in Whiteville Township where burial was made.
