Ruby Counts Collier was a teacher in Letcher Co KY and a dear friend of our brother, Joel Martin "Marty" Potter. Up until Ruby's death in Sept 2005, they corresponded. I have added some of the genealogical information that Ruby sent to Joel Martin "Marty" Potter before his passing on 10 Aug 2006. Howard and Ruby had a very full life and made many trips and journeys during their marriage which they photographed. Ruby donated photos of their excursions to the Letcher County Genealogical Society and can be found in their Photographic Volumes I thru VI which are available from the Letcher County Genealogy Website.
