OBITUARY OF MARVIN FLEMING
MARVIN FLEMING, son of Louise Johnson and the late George Fleming, was born at Eddy, Ky. March 4th, 1903, passed away at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital, January 12th, 1968 after a very short illness, being 64 years, 10 months and 8 days of age at his passing. He was a member of the McRoberts Regular Baptist Church. He has done Police work for the past few years. Marvin was night policeman for the City of Neon at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife Zella of McRoberts; mother, Louise Fleming of McRoberts; step daughters, Nadine Schultz, West Chester, Pennsylvania, Darlene Smith and Jerrie Hall, both of Atlanta, Georgia; brothers, Roy Fleming of McRoberts, Frank of Dearborn, Michigan, Russell of Bellville, Michigan and Charles of Lexington, Ky.; sisters, Mable Fleming, Myrtle Little, Hazel Sanders and Maxine Peterson, all of McRoberts, Ky.; Jeanette Conley of Loveland, Ohio and a large number of relatives and friends.

OBITUARY OF MAUDIE MABLE FLEMING
Maudie Mable Fleming, daughter of the late George Fleming and Lois Johnson Fleming, was born in Pike County, Kentucky, May 10, 1907. She passed from this life at the Mountain Manor Nursing Home in Pikeville on March 12, 1984. Making her stay here on earth 76 years, 10 months and 2 days. Mable was a school teacher having worked in the Pike and Letcher County school system for over 25 years. She has been ill for the past eight years and very sick the last 10 months before her passing. Mable was preceded in death by brothers, Marvin, Roy and Charles Fleming. Also preceding her were sister, Mertle Little. She is survived by sisters: Maxine Peterson and Hazel Sanders both of McRoberts, Kentucky; Jeanette Conley of Loveland, Ohio; brothers: Frank Fleming of Dearborn, Michigan; Russell Fleming of Paris, Tennessee. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
