Lee Fugate was born January 25, 1920; to Frank Fugate and Eva Ritchie Fugate. Lee passed away on Friday, March 13, 2009; at the Hazard ARMC from njuries sustained in an automobile accident. Preceded in death by first wife Alta Owen, second wife Alpa Ritchie Fugate,; Daughter- Carol Slone;
Granddaughter-Amanda Lee Slone. Lee is survived by: Wife- Florine: 1 Son, Frank Fugate of Louisville, Ky., 1 Daughter- Linda Sue Marlar of omerset,Ky.; Son-in-law - Glen Slone of Fisty; Sisters- Mable Shepherd of fisty and Ann Elizabeth Yonts of Louisville, Ky. Lee had six grandchildren and seven Great Grandchlidren. Funeral services for Lee Fugate will be 10AM Monday, March 16, 2009; at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel. Officiating Ministers will be Charles Shepherd, Carl Slone, Howard Owens, and Jeff Combs. Burial to follow at the Fisty Cemetery in Fisty, Ky. Visitation for Lee Fugate will be 4PM Sunday, March 15, 2009; at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with additional services at 7PM.
