Son of James G Rowe and Alpha Ratliff

Stevie Ray Rowe, age 58, of Lookout, Ky, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2016, at his residence. He was born on April 26, 1957, the son of Alpha Ratliff Rowe and the Late James G. Rowe. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Rowe. Stevie had worked as a coal miner for Big Ridge Coal Company. In addition to his mother he is also survived by three sons, Brad Kiser, Jamie Rowe, and Sebastian Rowe, by a daughter, Krista Bailey, by his ex-wife, Donna Bourey, by two brothers, Keith Rowe and Jeffrey Rowe and by two grandchildren, Cassidy Nicole Osborne and Khaleesi Daenerys Kiser. Visitation will be held on Sunday January 24, 2016, after 6 p.m. at the Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. at the Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church with Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Buddy Ratliff Cemetery at Poor Bottom. Special services will be held on Sunday night at 7 p.m.
