Click, Mattie Mae (Ramey) 1912-1959 Mrs. Mattie Click Riceville Woman Passes Tuesday Mrs. Mattie Mae Click, 47, wife of Jerry Click of Riceville, died in a local hospital at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 13, following an illness of several weeks. The daughter of Nat and Sarah Blair Ramey, she was born May 5, 1912, and had been a lifelong resident of Riceville. Surviving besides her husband are four sons, Ray, Tom, and Jack Click, all of Riceville; Jerry Click, Jr., Tiro, O.; three daughters, Mrs. Faye Rice, Oil Springs; Mrs. Mary Ellen Barnette, Willard, Ohio; Miss Irene Click, Riceville. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Lindsey Williams, Wittersville; Mrs. Tommie Witten, Van Lear; Mrs. Melvin Webb, Wabash, Indiana; Mrs. Audrey Gilbert, Delbarton, W. Va.; Mrs. Garnett Horn, Warfield; Edward Ramey, Holden, W. Va.; George Ramey, Shelby, Ohio; Bill Ramey, Prestonsburg. Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 p.m., January 15, from the Riceville Freewill Baptist Church with Powell Collins, Scott Castle and Frank Caudill as officiating ministers. Burial was in the Parkins Cemetery at Riceville. Paintsville Herald Wednesday January 21, 1959
