One More Thing
Most of our feedback has been very positive, but on rare occasions, I get some negative feedback because I do not charge for my information, nor do I refuse to add information from others who wish me to put what they have on this site. My mission is to offer information free of charge for as long as I can. I do add submitted information as a courtesy to others if I can find the time. I have no control over in-accurate information on this website and I have no other information than what is added here.
If you are looking for a genealogist, I am not one. I started my website for my family and it has just expanded to include lots of other families. If you have corrections, and if you can be kind and considerate about what you would like to have corrected, let me know and I will try to add what you have. Just please remember, if you are discourteous, pompous, hateful or rude, please don't bother to contact me with anything because life is too short to have to deal with rudeness or to deal with those angry about my free information.
A couple of folks out of thousands have contacted me and have been very rude because they wish to make money off of their genealogical information and if it is free here, then that spoils their plans. All I can say to anyone trying to make money off of this information is too bad for you. Unless you are a site like Ancestry, I doubt you are going to get rich off of others trying to find their heritage information.
I have always believed that people all working together can accomplish a lot more than those who hoard their information and don't share it solely for monetary gain. As long as I'm able, I will offer this website for those searching for their ancestors and if you don't put what you have out there, how is it ever going to get corrected? It is better to put it out there than to hoard it.
Thanks to All,
