for Enoch Frazier:
Enoch was badly
crippled since childhood but he managed to be independent. His legs and feet
were so badly deformed that he could hardly walk. As a child, he rode a pony
to grade school. Later he had automobiles specially designed for his
disability. Enoch and his third wife, Grace, lived in Elkhart, IN. He was
employed in an appliance shop there. Enoch did not have any children. He died
of heart disease. (Source).

Enoch Frazier, 30, of Lynch, was fined $50 and given 90 days in jail on a
peace bond charge brought by his wife. Mrs. Frazier testified that she and
Frazier who are separated but who live in the same house met on the stairs of
their house and he dragged her into a room and beat her until she had to have
medical attention. Frazier testified that he loved his wife and did not want
to hurt her and that he was only playing with her.
The following is a letter from G. Bennett Adams, Letcher County Attorney,
